The Academy is situated in the heart of Bolton town centre, easily accessible by public transport. A car park is situated just yards from the academy and as the entrance is located in a side street, dropping off students is quite easy. Click for map & directions The Academy has four fully equipped mirrored studios which include the latest audio systems and ample comfortable seating. The three dance studios include ballet bars and have a sprung dance floor while the singing studio includes microphones, key changers and keyboards. Gymnastic mats are also provided for the gymnastic courses. |
Within the school is the fully stocked dancewear shop run by Active Dancewear .
| Refreshments both pre and post classes can be purchased from the welcoming reception area which also has ample comfortable seating for students to relax. Pupils are accepted from 3 years of age to student level with adult classes also available in dance and drama. Examination sessions are held at least six times a year to cater for the varying individual needs of children. We understand that a child's development has peaks and troughs and because we keep examination sessions frequent, you can be sure that your child will never be held back or under pressure with the old 'once a year, every year' routine. |

External Teaching
In addition to our classes, our teachers are also available to work within other organisations in the town and surrounding area - for examples schools - on request. This is all part of our commitment to develop dance and stage skills within the town, with as many people a we can.
